The family room had some cozy touches and spaciousness that made it feel welcoming. The layout is great for families, with a comfortable seating area and a fan provided for airflow.
There was a noticeable damp patch on the ceiling that caught my eye, although it didn’t disrupt the stay. The sash window was broken but manageable with a wooden block to prop it open, though some may prefer fully functional windows. the blinds only opened or closed entirely, limiting light control, which could be an issue for those who like the option to angle them.

Amazing stay with comfy vibes
We had a fab time in the family room! The bed was super comfy, and the room had all the things we needed. Check-in was a breeze, and it was surprisingly quiet at night. We loved the bar/lounge area for chillin’ after a long day. Just wish it had more variety on the menu.

The Duke Suite impresses with its vast space, featuring a comfy large bed and an array of amenities, including a fridge, crockery, and a sizable TV with Netflix. Its central location allows easy access to nearby restaurants, with the Milan Restaurant highly recommended for dinner. the noise levels from the alleyway might not be as contained as hoped, and communication with staff was sporadic during peak times. Still, every necessary item for a comfortable stay was thoughtfully provided.

Although there was some noise from the neighboring pub, the overall experience was delightful. Future guests should venture to the nearby restaurants for local flavors.

great facilities but a bit chilly in the hallways
The room size exceeded my expectations, providing all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The warmth inside made the cold weather outside insignificant, allowing me to relax fully.
The hallways were sometimes a bit chilly, which took away from the otherwise cozy atmosphere.
